Important to know:
If you take up employment in Germany that is subject to social security contributions, plan to stay long term, or apply for a residence permit such as the EU Blue Card, you are required to have health insurance that complies with specific German legal requirements.
Time-limited or temporary health insurance is not sufficient in these situations.
